An Adept's Helm is a Helm-class piece of armor found in Golden Sun. It is acquired randomly as a prize from Tolbi's Lucky Medal Fountain. Visually, the Adept's Helm resembles a gold helmet with small wings.

The Adept's Helm features a defense rating of 29, and it increases the wearer's total PP by 1.2x., meaning that an Adept with 110PP will end up with 132PP. It is bought for 4000 coins while its resale value is 3000. As a helmet, it can be worn by Isaac and Garet, and if transferred to The Lost Age it can also be worn by Felix and Piers.

This armor is one of the many pieces of equipment that can be won at Tolbi's spring and be used to outfit your party, replacing their outdated equipment acquired beforehand with equipment like this. Its significant boost to PP is quite useful to an Adept that often attacks with Psynergy like Ragnarok, so it would be a good fit Isaac. The other headwear that can be won at the spring are the Ninja Hood, which increases total Agility by 20, and the Glittering Tiara, which can both prevent delusions in the wearer and be Used to cause delusions in the enemy party. Since Garet is usually a good deal slower than Isaac, the Ninja Hood would be a suitable alternative and may even be more useful to Garet than the Adept's Helm.
