Elemental Stars

From Golden Sun Universe

The Elemental Stars are four orbs of elemental power, and each star is based on one element. There is the Mars Star, the Venus Star, the Mercury Star, and the Jupiter Star. These treasures are guarded by the town of Vale and are hidden secretly in the puzzling Sol Sanctum.

The Stars contain the purified essence of each element, and are meant to be cast into the wells at the summits of the Elemental Lighthouses of the Elemental Lighthouses to release that essence and form a large, swirling sphere of elemental energy above the Lighthouse referred to as that Lighthouse's Elemental Beacon. If all four lighthouses are lit, the mix of energies output by their four beacons will put the world of Weyard in equilibrium and sustain it, and then the Beacons will bring back the power of Alchemy to the world by shooting beams into the airspace above Mt. Aleph, merging into one unified, golden beam of pure energy (known as the Golden Sun) that infuses the mountain below to turn it into the Stone of Sages, the object that serves as the source of the ability to use Alchemy.
