"The wind rider, goddess of flowers."

SummonIconFloraFlora is a Summon sequence of the Jupiter element found in Golden Sun: The Lost Age. When two Jupiter Djinn and one Venus Djinni are on standby, and Flora’s Summon Tablet has been collected, the Flora Summon sequence can be activated. Flora resembles a young, pink-clothed, purple-haired goddess in the skies with small green wings in her hair, summoning flower petals to attack the opposition on the ground.

Flora has a base Jupiter power of 80 and also does additional damage equivalent to 9% of the enemy’s maximum HP. In addition, each foe may be put to Sleep. Flora, however, is not automatically summonable once one collects the required Djinn. Flora can only be summoned once the Summon Tablet containing the sequence has been found and collected in the interior of Air’s Rock. This is a sequence that is often missed by players because it requires a good degree of back-tracking through the dungeon after activating the whirlwind-spewing stone statues in the place and then solving a previously unavailable puzzle in an already visited room in order to attain Flora.

Flora is among Zagan (Venus), Megaera (Mars), and Moloch (Mercury) as a Summon sequence that is useful as a “placeholder” summon for more powerful “traditional” summons, in this case for Procne because Flora can be attained and used before one can summon Procne with three Jupiter Djinn. Flora is only 2/3rds as powerful as Procne but also has a chance of putting each enemy to Sleep, so she has strategic merit as a summon at that point in time. She is also a good deal more powerful as a special summon than Zagan and Megaera. Once more Djinn are acquired to bring out the stronger traditional summons from Golden Sun, though, Flora quickly becomes underpowered in the grand scheme of things.

in Golden Sun: Dark Dawn, it is located near the end of the Passaj Mountain Climb. It is accessible after obtaining the Ice Queen Stone from Harapa.

Flora was a minor goddess in Roman mythology, and was the deity of flowers and spring. She was also one of several 'fertility goddesses'. The Venus Djinn used to summon her is reminiscent of her influence over plants, just as Venus Adepts may use the Psynergy Growth.
