Slash Psynergy series

Slash, Wind Slash, and Sonic Slash are a series of Jupiter attack Psynergy featured in both games. It is available to the Pilgrim (Jupiter) class series and the Ranger class series. Hence, it's possible for all Jupiter, Mercury, and Mars Adepts to use this series.

Slash: "Attack with a blade of focused air.": This costs 4 Psynergy Points, has a base power of 25, and has a range of one target. One line of small purple blades of air swaths through the target. It is available at level 1.

Wind Slash: "Attack with a blade of focused air.": This costs 9 Psynergy Points, has a base power of 50, and has a range of three targets. A line of medium-sized purple blades of air swaths through each target. It is available at level 10.

Sonic Slash: "Attack with a blade of focused air.": This costs 20 Psynergy Points, has a base power of 120, and has a range of five targets. A line of large-sized purple blades of air swaths through each target. It is available at level 30.

In the Pilgrim class series, this move is outperformed late-game by both the Plasma and Volcano Psynergy series. In the very early game however, Slash may be considered a useful move as it is cheaper and more powerful than whirlwind, though it only targets one enemy. In the Ranger class series, it is roughly equivalent to the Douse Psynergy series, with Deluge and Sonic Slash being identical. Overall, this series can be useful early-game if the player decides to go with this class configuration, but better alternatives can be found as the game progresses.
