This city is the capital of Sana and appears in Dark Dawn. It is known for its exquisite architecture as well as being a center of fishing and commerce. It is the hometown of Ryu Kou and his sister Hou Ju. The ruler is Emperor Unan. Ryu and Hou's mother is Lady Hinechou.
